1. 予約に関する規定 1. Reservation Policy

• 予約は電話（+81 285-12-3456）にて承ります
• Reservations are accepted by phone (+81 285-12-3456)
• 予約時間の15分以上の遅刻は、キャンセル扱いとなる場合があります
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation
• 団体予約（8名以上）は、1週間前までにお願いします
• Group reservations (8+ people) require one week advance notice
• 特別な要望は予約時にお申し付けください
• Please inform us of any special requests at the time of reservation

2. キャンセルポリシー 2. Cancellation Policy

• キャンセルは予約時間の2時間前までにご連絡ください
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reservation time
• 度重なるキャンセルは、予約をお断りする場合があります
• Repeated cancellations may result in reservation restrictions
• 団体予約のキャンセルは3日前までにお願いします
• Group reservation cancellations require 3 days notice

3. 店内でのご利用について 3. In-Store Policies

• 他のお客様のご迷惑となる行為はご遠慮ください
• Please refrain from behavior that may disturb other guests
• お子様連れの場合は保護者の方の責任の下で監督をお願いします
• Children must be supervised by their guardians
• アレルギーをお持ちの方は、必ず事前にスタッフにお申し出ください
• Please inform staff of any allergies in advance
• 店内での営業行為は禁止です
• Commercial activities are prohibited inside the restaurant

4. 写真撮影・SNSについて 4. Photography and Social Media Policy

• ご自身のお料理の撮影は可能です
• Photography of your own dishes is permitted
• 他のお客様が写り込む撮影はご遠慮ください
• Please avoid photographing other customers
• 営業目的での撮影は事前許可が必要です
• Commercial photography requires prior permission
• SNSへの投稿は、プライバシーに配慮の上でお願いします
• Please respect privacy when posting on social media

5. 支払いについて 5. Payment Terms

• お支払いは現金または主要クレジットカードでお願いします
• We accept cash and major credit cards
• 分割会計は4名様までとさせていただきます
• Split payments are accepted for up to 4 people
• 領収書が必要な場合は、会計時にお申し付けください
• Please request receipts at the time of payment
